The present conditions of sales are made to precise the rules managing a purchase on the art site: site which belongs to the French Moretti & Moretti Contemporary Art Gallery, located: 6, Cour Bérard 75004 Paris.
These rules precise the rights and duties of both the Gallery and the Purchaser.
By clicking on the acceptation of order button on the site, the Purchaser declares implicitly that he agrees on these conditions of sales. The terms the Gallery, Moretti & Moretti gallery or are synonymous as referring to the same Entity.
The terms Purchaser, Buyer and Customer are also synonymous as referring to the same Entity.


All our works of art are sold unframed except otherwise indicated. We only deal with works in excellent condition.
All works of art are guaranteed to be as described, and are delivered with a certificate of authenticity (COA) of the Moretti & Moretti Gallery


All prices are NET and quoted in EUROS (EUR), They can be modified without prior notice, but of course not after acceptance of the order. Prices in USD, GBP and JPY are shown for reference only.


All orders are final.
To be accepted, the possible modifications or cancellations requested by the Buyer, will have to be received in writing before the goods are dispatched.


Payment in full is expected before shipping your parcel except when otherwise agreed by us.
Payment is accepted by Credit Card Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
Payments can be done with your bank card with PayPal or with a bank money transfer with PAYPAL.
We have indicated all information in our Payment & Delivery
Swift or IBAN payment is also available on request.
Reserved items will be held for two weeks pending receipt of payment.


Note that the transfer of property of the goods is only effective after total payment of the price according to French law No 80-335 of 1980 May 12th.


Goods are sold Ex-Works. Usually, insurance is 0.7% of the total value of the order.
Goods are carried at Buyer's risk, who in case of default or damage, is required to make the necessary reserves to the carrier immediately at reception.
We usually organize our transports by La Poste Colissimo International unless you have your own transport company.
The Buyer is responsible for payment of customs charges, duties and/or taxes, if any, upon arrival of the art works in the country of destination.


If the Customer decides to return the art work within seven days after receipt, he simply places it back in the reusable parcel and returns it to Moretti & Moretti gallery. (Return shipping instructions will be provided.) Upon receipt by the Gallery, the purchase price less shipping cost, insurance and customs clearance cost will be credited to the Purchaser's credit card account, except for adjustment in case of damage not due to shipping.

These conditions of sales are submitted to French Law.
The Courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of dispute. These conditions of sales are drawn up in French.
This general summary in English is established for informational purposes. In the event of conflict between the texts, the French text shall prevail
